Group Classes

Still Life Fitness Group Classes are an interval/strength workout program designed to increase fat loss, tone muscle, and boost your metabolism while developing mobility and flexibility. Our workouts are designed for individuals of all fitness levels, from total newbie to athletes. (If less than 3 people are registered within 3 hours of class start time it is under coach's discretion to cancel.)

This plan is specifically tailored to your nutritional likes and needs. Geared to help you reach your fitness goals and feel great. This plan will ensure you are eating the appropriate amount of calories and Macros for your current health goals.
