Our class is tailored for people who love teamwork, positivity, and competition. All classes are accessible to those of any level whether you are a beginner, at an intermediate level, or an advanced level lifter. This means there will be modifications for most of our exercises in order to push the limits or scale back if need be.

The Meltdown class is all about burning calories, full body attack with emphasis on core and cardio. We will mix up styles of Tabata, EMOMs, and HIIT in order to get our heart rate at fat burning level and be a catalyst to melt the stubborn fat away. If the goal is leaning up building the cardiovascular endurance, then this class is for you!
The Power Hour will focus on strength gains and toning. This will be an intense focus on building strength in our 5 major lifts, as well as working up to do more advanced Olympic lifts. Muscle is king and helps with the fat burning. process, so if the goal is getting tone and being strong, this class is for you!
This class is one that you will not find any other like. You will leave class with a great deal of knowledge of how to meal prep, a Still Life Fitness Meal Prep E-Book, and 7 DAYS of breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
We can provide specific macronutrients you need for your body type and goals and even have a food drop service as well.
